partnership

We place high emphasis on a collaborative approach that is highly customizable for your needs.

Individual therapy

Many of my clients find that the strategies that have kept them safe and connected through life - protective skills like intellectualizing, people-pleasing, perfectionistic  - are now the very things contributing to feelings of isolation, disconnection, and anxiety. With warmth and steadiness, we explore and identify what is no longer serving you, cultivating meaningful, measurable change shaped by your goals and informed by my clinical expertise.

Supervision

**For mental health professionals

Supervision is a disciplined, collaborative space for licensed clinicians who want to deepen their thinking, sharpen their interventions, and practice with greater clarity and integrity. Together, we examine clinical material, relational dynamics, ethical complexities, and the internal responses that inevitably shape the work. Supervision is not only about case consultation—it is about developing sound judgment, strengthening clinical identity, and cultivating the steadiness required to hold complex systems and suffering well.

EMDR

When events are too intense or consuming, the brain can struggle to integrate them fully, leaving memories activated in the present rather than resolved in the past. Backed by extensive research and recognized as a leading treatment for trauma, EMDR is a neuro-cognitive approach that targets traumatic experiences at a nervous system level. This approach is especially effective for those who have felt stalled in traditional talk therapy or who understand their patterns intellectually but continue to feel "stuck."

Training

Maybe you or your team would like to feel more equipped to support the people you serve.  My trainings offer practical, clinically-grounded tools for educators, first responders, pastors, healthcare teams, and workplace leaders who want greater clarity and confidence in navigating mental health concerns. Ranging from topics like trauma-informed care, crisis response, relational dynamics, burnout prevention, and emotional regulation, each session is thoughtful, relevant, and tailored to the real demands of your setting.

Couples therapy

The strategies that once kept you safe can become the very barriers that keep you apart—armor that shields but also isolates, masks that cover but also hide. Couples therapy creates space to slow down the cycle, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and rebuild connection with intention. You don’t have to wait until everything is unraveling. Whether you are working to strengthen your partnership or move through separation with integrity, there is real value in examining and repairing the patterns that keep you trapped.

Community

Sequoia Mental Health approaches its work with a commitment to community integration and involvement. We know that understanding the unique strengths and challenges of the communities we serve is essential to good work and that there is always more we can learn about the needs, strengths, and realities present in your setting. Whether your need is proactive or reactive, we welcome the opportunity to listen and collaborate.

Contact

We'd be honored to connect with you for a confidential, no-commitment phone call to explore your goals, ask questions, and see how we can come alongside you.
